Fantastic service. Arrived promptly at 8am as arranged. covered carpet and flooring and removed breakable objects before starting. Did a fantastic job on my settees which were very grubby and stained in parts (being pale blue) left leaving settees really clean and bone dry.
Malcolm is a lovely man and very professional but also takes immense pride in what he does. I would definitely use Extracta again and would highly recommend their services.

We had all our downstairs carpets cleaned along with hall, landing and stairs carpets plus curtains and kitchen floor and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Malcom works really hard, has exceptional attention to detail and is very pleasant. Very happy and would highly recommend his service.

This is the second time I have used Extracta, this time for carpets, the last time was a sofa.
My girlfriend was looking after a lady with Alzheimer's disease and she had a bathroom accident, which as a result made the house almost unliveable.
Extracta took the trouble to come out on a Sunday, and give up his own time, and cleaned and dried the carpets throughout the house.
Using an array of chemicals the carpets were sanitized and brought back to there original former glory.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Extracta. Excellent service at a competitive price.
