I was lucky enough to find this company by a recommendation 
I was fortunate that they were able to come when i needed them. Malcolm arrived on time and explained the process to me. I can highly recommend this company Malcolm has transformed my cream carpet bringing it back to as good as new. Malcom is a true professional taking pride in all aspects of his work. He even made sure the carpet was dry before he left. It took him 4.5 hours, However the finished results will last far longer Excellent service !!

'Malcolm was/is a very friendly guy. He has done a great job of my nan's leather suite. It was very dirty and grimy after a complete overhaul of the down stairs of the house, and letting her late dog lie on it. I know myself from experience that cleaning a leather settee is not as easy as people think. Its not just a case of wiping it over it takes a lot of elbow action and determination. To which Malcolm has a lot of ! Which now days is hard to find, someone who puts a lot of effort into getting a great end result. Malcolm was/is very well presented, not at all pushy, very punctual, on time first thing at 8am and did not finish until the settee was immaculate at 7pm (11 hours solid, a proper job done to high standards). My nan is 81 and felt at ease with Malcolm around, he helped his self to what he needed (water) once shown and did not hassle my nan at all whilst he was there!. A true gent, a true professional and a great worker. He was a little more expensive than some of the other quotes we had but so was the job we would have got. One company said that it would only take a hour or two (it takes me longer to do it than that). So I knew that it would not have been the end result that I have gotten from Malcolm. He had said it would be a all day job when he came to quote me (you pay for what you get) and if you use Malcolm for any jobs you will be very pleased on all aspects of his work.
